Even though attending the Automotive Week 2017 programme is free of charge, all participants must register online via the registration form which can be found on this website. Please note that pre-registration is compulsory for all days except for the Public Day.
You can register until 29 March 2017. Registrations will be acknowledged on a first-come first-served basis depending on the room capacity per session. Registering after the closing date can only be done by contacting the event team at email@example.com.
How to register
In order to register for the event of your choice, you will need to fill out the online registration form. Here you can register for all programme elements you are interested in, whether they take place on 1 specific day or divided over the week. Do not forget to fill out all of your contact details and any additional requests you might have. Unfortunately, registrations for groups are not possible via the online registration form; each participant should register individually.
You will receive an automatic reply if your registration has been submitted correctly. The automatic reply confirms your registration and will state all week events you have registered for. If you do not receive any acknowledgement after submitting your registration, please contact the AW2017 event team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All participants will receive an Automotive Week 2017 name badge upon arrival at the Automotive Campus in Helmond. Entrance to meeting rooms will not be permitted to any person without name badge.
Participants who have registered for several sessions divided over the week, will receive a new badge for each day upon arrival at the Campus.
In case the number of registrants exceeds the room’s capacity, we might have to disappoint people. Therefore we kindly ask you to inform us in case you are unexpectedly unable to attend. This way we will be able to allow a maximum amount of interested people at the AW2017 sessions.
Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Event Team can be subject to any liability concerning participation related activity. Participants should, therefore, organize their own (health and travel) insurance(s).
